Federico Arribere

In the early years of my professional life, I dedicated myself to working in luxury hotels to acquire the highest hospitality standards in the industry. I also spent lots of time in Patagonia, where I polished my skills in mountain climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, and guiding in the outdoors. In 2000, I finally moved to the Glacier District of El Calafate and El Chalten. I applied my experience from luxury small hotels, further finding this a perfect niche to cultivate my passion for the outdoors and adventure activities. In 2008, I settled in Puerto Madryn, where I discovered the undersea world while diving and sailing among whales, dolphins, sea lions, and elephant seals. After years spent working as a PADI Dive Master, I became a naturalist and whale-watching Guide/Captain in Valdez Peninsula. Today, I split my year between working as a Boat Captain in search of Southern right whales and other marine mammals and working with expedition ships around the world.
