Catalina Ojeda

Catalina was born in Santiago, Chile. Since childhood, she has been in contact with animals and nature, traveling with her parents and by herself, and meeting people along the way. What led her to study Ecotourism was connecting and working with people with one of her true passions: nature and the environment. Catalina participated in different internships across the country and gained experience as a guide, working in logistics and environmental education with people of different ages and places, obtaining various certifications as a wilderness first responder, and leaving no trace. She started working with Antarctica21 in 2019, falling in love with Patagonia and the white continent. Catalina enjoys traveling outdoors, connecting with nature, and learning about flora and fauna. She also enjoys cooking and arts, especially drawing and painting.
