Monse Sepúlveda Sánchez was born and raised in Punta Arenas, Chile. She graduated as a Construction Engineer from the University of Magallanes in 2010 and has been working in tourism since 2007.
At the age of 13 she joined the Chilean Scout and Guide Association. During her time as a scout, guide and scout leader she participated in diverse events and volunteer placements in different countries, including England, Belgium, Denmark, France, Switzerland and Chile. These experiences gave her the opportunity to share life with people from all over the world and to develop different and varied skills. She became fluent in English, which opened doors in the Chilean tourism industry, where she worked in various roles, such as: Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Coordinator, Skipass Manager, Tour Sales and Local Tourist Guide.
She loves traveling, meeting new people and learning from others.
