Monserratt Sepúlveda Sánchez was born and raised in Punta Arenas, Chile. She graduated as a Construction Engineer from the University of Magallanes in 2010 and has been working in tourism since 2007. At 13, she joined the Chilean Scout and Guide Association. As a scout, guide, and scout leader, she participated in diverse events and volunteer placements in different countries, including England, Belgium, Denmark, France, Switzerland, and Chile. These experiences allowed her to share life with people from all over the world and develop different and varied skills. She became fluent in English, which opened doors in the Chilean tourism industry, where she worked in various roles, such as: Customer Service Assistant and Coordinator, Skipass Manager, Tour Saler, Local Tourist Guide, and Host. She loves traveling, meeting new people, and learning from others.
