Betiana Gil

After completing a degree in Hotel Management, Betiana embarked on a remarkable career journey. This adventure has taken her across the globe, from the picturesque Isla San Andrés in Colombia to the Mediterranean and Northern Europe. She has also had the privilege of working in iconic destinations such as Rome, Barcelona, and the awe-inspiring Glaciares National Park in southern Patagonia.

Throughout her career, Betiana has thrived in roles that focus on providing guests with unique experiences in close proximity to nature. She climbed the professional ladder and eventually became an integral part of management teams in remote, nature-immersed locations. These experiences have enabled Betiana to develop an incredible skill set, from managing in challenging environments with limited resources to maintaining open lines of communication with guests and empowering staff. They have also cultivated a deep passion for the natural beauty of the Southern Patagonia region.

After briefly returning to Buenos Aires, Betiana sought new adventures, accepting a position managing a hotel in Zanzibar, Tanzania. She resided on the island for a year, soaking in its unique culture and charm.

The last decade has seen Betiana hold roles such as Resident Manager and Operations Manager, working to create unforgettable guest experiences in remarkable locations. Her journey continues as she now manages Guest Services for Antarctica21 and works as Cruise Manager onboard.
