Explore The End of the World

Our new sub-Antarctic sea expeditions take you to the rarely visited islands of Cape Horn, the Falklands, and South Georgia.

Our Sub-Antarctic Sea Voyages

Our voyages to the sub-Antarctic islands are high-end wilderness adventures, not cruises. All of these trips are on board our new and most modern polar vessel, Magellan Explorer. Feeling more like a private yacht, this small expedition ship gives you privileged access to Antarctica, South Georgia & the Falkland Islands as well as Cape Horn.

With a smaller number of guests, disembarkation is fast and efficient so you spend time exploring the following destinations:

Cape Horn
This remote island at the tip of South America is a rare destination for the adventurous traveler. A visit here is the stuff of legends.

The Falklands Islands
The Falklands Islands (Islas Malvinas) are a mix of rich wildlife, interesting culture, and storied history.

South Georgia
On this island, filled with snowy peaks jutting out of the sea, there are no permanent human residents and wildlife rules.

“Antarctica is, without doubt, an amazing place. If you ever get a chance (or 5) to visit, do it. For our cruise, we went with Antarctica21 and it was a great experience.”

“The Classic Antarctica air-cruise was amazing, thanks in part to our experienced and friendly guides. I especially enjoyed exploring alongside a bird naturalist, a marine mammals biologist, and a polar historian and explorer (who skied to both poles!).”
