Victoria Larocque

Victoria was born in Toronto, Ontario, and raised in Santiago, Chile. Since she was a child, she has been interested in traveling, nature, and the environment; this is why she chose to study Ecotourism. This led to a passion for outdoor sports such as trekking, mountaineering, and rock climbing. She really enjoys being outside observing the different flora and fauna and teaching others about nature and how to take care of the environment, one of her true passions. Victoria has worked with Antarctica21 since 2018, the first time she saw the white continent, she knew that was a place she wanted to show others, so she completed studies in Antarctic Affairs in UMAG. She has worked as a guide, logistics support, internships in different places of Chile, and has obtained several certifications in leaving no trace and wilderness first responder.
